Our regular events include "Sitting with bears". And no, it's not about getting drunk and messing around like in the days of ancient Greece. It's about seeing each other and talking. And on topics ranging from the weather to the news or even optical activity of sugars. If you want, come and see for yourself. You are welcome!

We meet once a fortnight on Wednesday evening at the NOX bar, but occasionally we visit places such as Etáž, Vinný sklep U Mostu. Each has its own unique atmosphere, so it would be a shame not to take advantage of it.

When we can't do it in person, we meet on Discord.

Another one of our other regular events is the Bear sauna. Sauna is our favourite place to relax and regain some strenght after a long and exhausting month. Come and sit with us in the Finnish sauna, or any other kind of sauna availabe.

Sauning takes place every last Friday of the month and before going to the sauna we meet-up every last Friday of the month at the cash register of the Saunia FUTURUM sauna centre.

Want to see interesting places but don't know where? Or you don't want to go anywhere alone?

Join us on a tour of the diverse places in our region. We organize trips every third Saturday of the month. You don't have to worry, it's not a strenuous hours-long trek through dense vegetation or climbing off the marked routes. Despite this, we usually leave in the morning and often return in the evening.

The January (New Year) hike to the Ema heap has become an annual tradition.

Meeting of bears, cubs and their fans in Ostrava!!!

Bear Week has become a tradition. The original weekend event has become almost a week-long event full of various activities: picnics, lectures, trips and parties.

Bear Week is designed to introduce people to each other and strengthen the relationships between bears not only from the Czech Republic but also from abroad. During bear week even those who are otherwise very busy will have time for each other.

Take a week off and come and relax. Join the debates, sit by the fire and enjoy.

A party for "all queers and their friends" where they can dance to the beats of non-commercial club music.

"It's a party for people of all generations who respect each other and want to dance and enjoy their time together in a relaxed atmosphere without prejudice."

Prague Pride is, one could say, a kind of a regular, which we like to attend.

You should feel the atmosphere at least once in your life.

Experience the fact that you are not alone.

It's one of the proofs that the name LGBT+ is not just a few letters, but that it is a colourful variety of different groups and ways of life where anyone can find themselves.
